Return Policy

Returned items must be received by Morning Heart Boutique within 14 days from the date you received your order for a refund. Refunds will only be given back in the form of your original payment.

Returns received 14 days - 30 days from the date you received the order will be issued store credit. Store credit never expires. After 30 days have passed, we cannot offer you a refund or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be altered in any way and must be in resellable condition. This includes, but is not limited to the following:

  • Deodorant stains
  • Makeup stains 
  • Cigarette smoke
  • Animal hair
  • Obvious wear
  • Mildew scent, etc.

Please allow one week for your return to be processed.

Be sure to use a tracking service when shipping back a return. We are not responsible for lost packages when shipping back a return.

All jewelry and sale items are final sale.

Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If your return is approved, your store credit will be processed and will automatically be applied to your customer account.

Defective Items

We stand behind all of our products and will happily exchange defective items free of charge. If you believe you received a defective item please notify us at morningheartboutique@gmail.com within 3 days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you received your order and there is an item missing OR you received an incorrect item, please inform us at morningheartboutique@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

All jewelry and sale items are final sale.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
